Designer Profile.

Katie Brown, the founder of Etta Every, has been working in fashion for many years. Following a childhood spent making a myriad of paper doll outfits, hand-sewing doll clothes and eventually her own clothes (with a strong penchant in the early 00s for a good hoodie!), Katie completed an English/French B.A. before moving to Auckland from Christchurch to study fashion.

Since, she has been working in the fashion industry in various capacities and is also involved in the music industry, making music as her own act The May Project and running a side-project music and arts website called The May Magazine as time allows.

Alongside running Etta Every she is currently working on a novel post completion of a Master of Creative Writing via Auckland University of Technology.
