Pricing

All pricing in the Etta Every online store is in NZD. We reserve the right to amend product pricing at our discretion.

Payment

We accept all major payment types and also offer Afterpay. Payments are processed via the Stripe processing platform. We do not store any of your payment information, and take every precaution to make the site as safe as possible.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All of the personal information you share with us is for the use of ettaevery.com only. When placing your order, all information you provide is only used for the purpose of fulfilling your order: we will not share any of your information with any third parties not involved in the fulfilment of this other than the postage and/or courier companies involved in delivering your order. We do not store any of your payment information.


Made-To-Order Terms

Availability

As we operate under a made-to-order system and try to keep our excess fabric ordering to a minimum, the odd instance may occur where we cannot fulfil your order due to unavailability of fabric. Where this is the case, we will notify you immediately and either arrange an alternative fabrication if desired, or refund you for the full charge, including postage, if preferred.

Time Frames

On placing your order, you accept that it will take up to three weeks to be fulfilled, as each piece is handmade by Katie, the Etta Every designer, especially for you when your order is confirmed.

Turnaround is often quicker than this, but please also consider that this time frame does not include postage. We will notify you when your order has been completed and send you tracking information. More information on shipping can be found here.

Modifications and Alterations

As each piece is made-to-order we are able to make some adjustments to details such as lengths, hems and other minor details prior to cutting your order. Please contact us before you place your order if you want to know if a particular modification is possible - we will be happy to advise!

We are unable to reshape, let out or significantly modify any style once cut and constructed.

We offer a complimentary hemming service if you need hems taken up after you have received your order. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if hemming is required: garments must be returned either unworn or freshly laundered before we can make these adjustments.

Where alterations other than hemming are desired, please get in touch and we will let you know if the modification you wish for is possible. Some modifications may be possible but will incur a fee.

Please also note that in the instance of hemming and minor alterations you will need to pay the return postage, but postage will be complimentary when we send the amended item back.

Returns

Due to fabric limitations, we are currently unable to accept returns for refund, exchange or credit. Please choose carefully and refer to our sizing guide to help you with your decision. We are happy to assist with any queries to help you select the correct size!

Sale, samples and seconds: all sales are final. Returns will not be accepted.
