NEW ZEALAND

  • $10 shipping fee

  • Shipped with NZ Post courier service

  • Allow 2-5 business days for delivery once order dispatched

AUSTRALIA

  • $25 shipping fee

  • Shipped with NZ Post Economy / FedEx

  • Allow 2-10 business days for delivery once order dispatched

REST OF WORLD

  • $40 shipping fee

  • Shipped with NZ Post Economy / FedEx

  • Allow 2-14 business days for delivery once order dispatched

General Shipping Information

You will be notified once your made-to-order purchase has been completed. We will then dispatch the order and you will be emailed tracking information.

Please ensure that you provide an address where your delivery can be signed for on weekdays within the hours of 9-5.

Deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.

Etta Every is neither responsible nor liable for any import charges, customs duties, VAT fees or other fees upon your parcel’s arrival at your destination. If you are uncertain if you will incur extra charges, please check your destination’s customs and import requirements prior to placing your order.

We take every precaution to ensure prompt delivery of your package once your order is complete, but Etta Every does not take responsibility for courier and postage delays caused by circumstances out of our control, or by the provision of insufficient or incorrect delivery information.
