Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

As we currently operate on a made-to-order basis, we are unable to offer refunds, credits or exchanges if you have changed your mind. Please consider carefully and refer to the size guide before purchasing. Any fit queries are welcomed prior to purchase.

Sale, sample and seconds stock: all sales are final. Returns will not be accepted.


Made-To-Order Alterations, Modifications & Complimentary Hemming

We understand that purchasing via a made-to-order system can be a big decision! To help make the process easier, we are delighted to offer some special options to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

As each piece is only constructed once you place your order, we are able to make some adjustments to details such as lengths, hems and other minor details prior to cutting. Please contact us before you place your order if you want to know if a particular modification is possible - we will be happy to advise!

We are unable to reshape, let out or significantly modify any style once cut and constructed.

We offer a complimentary hemming service if you need hems taken up after you have received your order. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if hemming is required: garments must be returned either unworn or freshly laundered before we can make these adjustments.

If alterations other than hemming are desired after you have received your purchase, please get in touch and we will let you know if the modification you wish for is possible. Some more involved modifications may be possible but will incur a fee.

Please also note that in the instance of hemming and minor alterations you will need to pay the return postage, but postage will be complimentary when we send the amended item back.

Alterations will be turned around within 10 business days.


Faulty Products

At Etta Every we maintain a high standard of quality control. However, if you believe you have received a faulty product, we will either repair it or replace it for you where possible if fabric is available. If replacement fabric is not available, or the same issue occurs with your replacement item, we will offer you either a store credit or a refund as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Please get in touch with us at katie@ettaevery.com if your product is faulty, and once it has arrived back to us we will assess it.

Please note that we do not refund for normal wear and tear.
